Salerno can be reached by train at the "Salerno Centrale" station.

The easiest way to reach Salerno city center from Naples airport is through 2 steps:

1. Reach "Napoli Centrale" station. It is possible to take the Alibus bus for only one stop. Time table
2. Take the train to Salerno Stazione Centrale. Tickets can be purchased at the station or online at the following link: https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html

There are many accommodation options in Salerno. However, there are no facilities affiliated with the conference, participants are asked to make arrangements as soon as possible as Salerno is generally full during the September period. Here are some suggestions:

A shuttle service will be arranged for transfers to and from the Campus in the morning and afternoon. Meeting points are as follows:

The shuttle will depart every day from Piazza della Concordia at 8:15 a.m. and from the Bus Stop Roma Municipio at 8:20 a.m.

The easiest way to reach the University of Salerno (Fisciano Campus) is by bus.

From the central train station in Salerno (https://goo.gl/maps/hKPfAFWEesUX68qt6), it is possible to reach the Fisciano Campus by bus in about 20 minutes. The lines are 7, 17 or 27 (https://www.fsbusitalia.it/content/fsbusitalia/it/campania/orari-e-linee/orari-linee-universitarie-campania.html).

The Fisciano Campus station is the terminus of the line. (DO NOT STOP AT THE FIRST UNIVERSITY CAMPUS BUT AT THE SECOND ONE).

Tickets can be purchased inside the station (newsstand or ticket stand) for € 1.30 (the single journey)
